The main aim of this meeting is to update the site list for bryophytes of Blackford Hill, looking particularly for some 30 species not found there in the last five years.There is a mixture of habitats including steep, rocky slopes, an old quarry, and the Braid Burn, and participants should be able to choose between learning and recording.
Please note that the area is used by dog walkers and some cyclists. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear and bring a packed lunch and hand lens.
