Hawkswood Bog NHA is one of the lesser known raised bogs in the county and might provide a few surprises in addition to Sphagnum mosses.

Meet at 10.30am at the entrance to Charleville Demesne in Tullamore to carpool to the site (Grid Ref. N326239; OSI Discovery Series map 48).
